Juri Novikov - Russian painter, graphic artist and sculptor. His extensive complete works of paintings, drawings and graphics are stamped by a big variety of artistic forms of expression which reach from the classical icon painting up to the free representation. The works distinguish themselves by original picture compositions, very expressive colours. His works were presented on numerous exhibitions in different towns of Russia.

Novikov Juri (Vladimirovich*)

Was born in the Tambov region in 1938.
He graduated the Ryazan Art School and MVHP University (former Stroganovsky).
He lives and works in Bryansk. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, the honored Culture Worker of Russian Federation since 1966.
The participant of all-Union, Republican, Zone and Regional exhibitions.
His creativity is connected with architecture of public buildings, educational institutions and other objects of Bryansk and the area.
He is engaged in icon painting, stained-glass windows, paintings, etc.
